About Mandy Jane
Grounded Approach to Care
My name is Mandy Jane Neitzel, EOLD, and I am a certified INELDA end of life doula.
I believe deeply in presence and in the idea that people deserve to be cared for with compassion, dignity, and tenderness, especially during life’s most vulnerable moments.
This belief is the foundation of my work and how I show up for the individuals and families I support.

My path to this work was shaped by the death of my daughter, Brooke, who passed away at 13 months old after chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant.
Walking through that experience changed how I understand care, grief, and presence. During that time, I deeply wanted someone who understood. Someone who could sit with me in the uncertainty, fear, and grief without trying to fix it or rush me through it. Someone who could simply be there.
That longing is what led me into this work. Today, I strive to be that steady, compassionate presence for individuals and families navigating their own journeys.
This work is deeply personal to me, and it is an honor to walk alongside those who invite me into this space.
